Vegas Golden Knights’ Pavel Dorofeyev netted his fifth goal of the NHL playoffs, but his team fell 4-3 on the road to the Anaheim Ducks in Game 4 of the Western Conference quarterfinal series.

Anaheim rallied behind goals from Beckett Sennecke (9th minute), Mikael Granlund (16th), Alex Killorn (38th), and Ian Moore (44th). For Vegas, Dorofeyev scored in the 11th minute, with additional goals from Brett Howden (25th) and Tomas Hertl (59th).
The goal marked Dorofeyev’s fifth in this postseason, making him the top Russian scorer in the playoffs, surpassing Minnesota Wild forward Kirill Kaprizov (4 goals). Vegas forward Mitch Marner added three assists, taking the league lead in playoff points (16 points: 6 goals, 10 assists), edging past Kaprizov (14 points: 4 goals, 10 assists).
The best-of-seven series is now tied 2-2, with Game 5 scheduled for the night of May 13 at Vegas’ home arena.
